Community Roadshow is a series of trainings led by Team Hearts & Minds (Learning & Employee Engagement) at G Adventures. The purpose of the Community Roadshow is to create opportunities for employees around the world to tell us how they want to work together as part of the G Adventures community. We facilitated exercises to create what would become mutual commitments for everyone at G. This video shows the process.
